Elderly Medical Care Discussions| Wow I Just Had To Share This New Concept Of Breast Cancer Awareness | | I just saw this on World News Now about a new concept in spreading Breast Cancer Awareness and it's through a video made by Emily Somers who created this video as a fundraiser and features some of the staff at Providence St. Vincent's Medical Center in Portland, Oregon doing a "dance" number to the music of "Down" by Jay Sean. Medline is the leading maker of those sterile gloves medical staff wear in hospitals, and the reason for the color pink is due to pink being the color for breast cancer issues and awareness. Medline donates proceeds for each box of it's sterile gloves directly to the different Breast Cancer organizations. Now watching some segments of this video, I just couldn't help think some of the staffers must have watched that famous J &K Wedding Entrance video also at YouTube that was so famous during the summer as the moves were similar. For comparison google the JK Entrance Wedding Dance and you can compare that video with the Pink Glove Dance...Here's an article about the Pink Glove Dance AND the video--posting the link two ways since my links don't always work:...
| | Do you look up at the web when you are sick? | | Hi mylotters,
With so many sites where we can go for help, many times I have found myself searching at Medline or the like before going to a doctor.
What about you? What do you do it those cases?Even when I finally go to the doctor, I feel that now I have more knowledge and can ask the doctor the right questions.
It also helps me to be careful with some over the counter meds. Some of them shouln´t be taken by certain people or by people that are taking other meds.Take care all of you. Happy posting!

To control for other factors that might have influenced crashes, changes for 16-year-old drivers were compared with those of drivers 25 to 54 years of age. Crashes per licensed driver were also examined. INTERVENTION: The North Carolina GDL system, enacted December 1, 1997, requires beginning drivers 15 to 17 years of age to hold level 1 licenses, allowing driving only while supervised by a designated adult for a full year; followed by level 2 licensure, allowing unsupervised driving from 5 AM to 9 PM and...
